Career Summary

Md. Kamrujjaman is Assistant Professor of Management at the Manarat International University, Dhaka. He is currently playing the roles of Moderator of the MIU Business Club at MIU. He led as Coordinator of the BBA & MBA Program, Department of Business Administration at Ashulia Campus. Mr. Jaman completed his BBA and MBA degrees from the University of Dhaka. He is skilled in Lecturing, Decision-Making, Public Speaking and Charity Campaigns. Mr. Jaman received numerous certifications for participation from IIUC, Uttara University, Google, Dhaka University and many more. Mr. Jaman has exposed his leadership capacity by organizing Seminars and Leadership Development Programs. He has introduced and organized the university’s first “Mega Business Quiz Competition” at Ashulia Campus. His recent research activities include the Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives of the Private Commercial Banking Sector With Special Reference to Islamic Banking in Bangladesh, Skill and General Characteristics of Bangladeshi Migrant Workers, Islamic Human Resources Management Practices in Bangladesh, Poverty Eradication through the Corporate Social Responsibility Initiatives and many others. Mr. Jaman served as an active participant in different types of social & charity organizations. Various National & International Universities and Conference Authorities invited him to be Speaker and session chair of Conferences. Mr. Jaman demonstrated his research contributions in distinguished National Conferences in divergent universities and international conferences in different area.
