Muhammad Helal Uddin is working as an Assistant Professor of Economics in the Department of Business Administration at MIU. He has completed his MBA in HRM from from the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA), China. Before that, he completed his Honours and Masters from the Department of Economics in the University of Dhaka. Mr. Helal is also a motivational speaker. He is skilled at planning, budgeting, analyzing opportunities and alternative thinking. He loves to work with youths and motivate them towards nation building activities. He has great enthusiasm in working towards poverty alleviation and employment creation through Islamic micro-finance. His research area is sustainable human resource development through proper education and training. Mr. Helal strongly believes in skilled human capital for the economic development of a nation. He has already published some of his research works in reputed national and international journals. Mr Uddin also participated and presented his research works in different universities, organizations and international conferences in India and China.
